Refund & Reprint Policy.

At The Box Crafters, every packaging order is custom-manufactured according to the specifications approved by our customers. Because all products are made-to-order, our refund and return process differs from traditional retail purchases.

Custom Manufacturing Policy
All packaging is produced specifically for each client’s approved artwork, size, material, and finishing selections. For this reason:
– All orders are considered final once production begins.
– Returns are not accepted for custom-made products.
– Refunds are not issued after manufacturing has started.

Our resolution process is focused on reprints when a verified production issue occurs.

When a Reprint May Be Approved
If you believe your order contains a manufacturing defect or was produced incorrectly due to our error, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

To review the claim, we require:
– Clear photographs of the issue
– Images of outer cartons and packaging
– Order number and invoice details

If confirmed as our responsibility, we will reprint the affected quantity at no additional cost.

Issues Not Eligible for Reprint
Reprints are not provided for:
– Spelling or design errors approved in the final proof
– Low-resolution or incorrect artwork files submitted by the client
– Minor color variations within standard printing tolerances
– Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or third-party handling

Order Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our products:
– Orders may be canceled only before production begins.
– Once an order enters production, cancellations are not permitted.
– Administrative or design fees may apply depending on the stage of work completed.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or incomplete:
– Notify us within 7 calendar days of receipt
– Provide photographs of cartons and damaged goods
– Retain all packaging materials if inspection is required

Proof Approval Responsibility
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all digital proofs before approval, including spelling, layout, dimensions, and color accuracy. Once approved, The Box Crafters is not responsible for errors contained in the approved design.

Refund Considerations
Refunds are rarely granted due to the customized nature of our products. Any refund consideration is at management’s discretion and only applies if production has not started.
