At The Box Crafters, all packaging is custom-manufactured based on approved artwork and specifications. Because every order is produced specifically for each customer, delivery timelines depend on production complexity and the selected shipping speed.
Global Production Facilities
We operate through production facilities located in:
• United States
• United Arab Emirates (UAE)
• Asia
Orders are routed strategically based on the required delivery timeframe, production queue availability, project complexity, and shipping destination. When possible, we prioritize production at the facility with the shortest queue to help meet tighter deadlines.
Production & Shipping Lead Times
We offer four structured delivery options:
Super Rush: 7–10 business days
Express: 11–17 business days
Standard: 18–24 business days
Economy: 30–45 business days (Economy shipments may involve extended transit timelines.)
Overseas Production & Shipping Method
Most overseas shipments are transported by air freight to maintain reliable timelines. Sea freight is generally reserved for Economy lead time orders.
Proof Approval & Production Start
Production begins only after final digital proof approval and payment confirmation. Changes requested after approval may require reprinting at an additional cost.
Customs & International Shipments
Import duties and taxes are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
Shipping Accuracy
Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or incomplete shipping information.
Shipment Inspection
Customers should inspect deliveries upon receipt and report any damage within 7 calendar days with photographic evidence.
Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.
