Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, layouts, and digital materials, is the property of The Box Crafters or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Our production methods, structural designs, templates, and manufacturing processes remain the exclusive property of The Box Crafters. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

We reserve the right to display completed custom packaging projects for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

User Responsibilities

By using this website, you agree not to upload, submit, or transmit any content that:

• Violates any law or regulation

• Infringes intellectual property rights

• Is offensive, defamatory, or unlawful

• Disrupts or interferes with website functionality

You confirm that any artwork, trademarks, logos, or designs submitted for printing are owned by you or used with proper authorization.

The Box Crafters is not responsible for legal issues arising from customer-submitted files.

Orders & Authorization

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are legally authorized to enter into a binding agreement

• All order specifications are accurate

• You approve the final proof before production

Production begins only after payment requirements are met and final proof approval is received. Once production has started, modifications are generally not possible.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed according to agreed terms before production begins. Accepted payment methods may include:

• Credit/Debit cards

• Bank transfers or wire transfers

• Approved invoice arrangements

Any applicable processing fees will be disclosed at the time of payment.

Flexible payment terms may be offered only to approved business partners under a written agreement.

Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Orders may only be canceled before production begins

• Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted

• Approved cancellations may be subject to administrative fees

Artwork & Proof Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs carefully before approval, including:

• Spelling and grammar

• Layout and alignment

• Dimensions and specifications

We recommend that artwork files be submitted in CMYK format at 300 DPI for best results.

Color variations may occur due to printing processes, coatings, materials, or screen-to-print differences. Minor variations are considered normal and are not grounds for reprint.

Quality Claims & Reprints

As all packaging is custom-manufactured, returns are not accepted.

If you believe there is a production error caused by us, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.

If confirmed as our responsibility, we may:

• Reprint the affected quantity at no additional cost

• Offer an appropriate resolution at our discretion

Issues resulting from customer-approved artwork or provided files are not eligible for complimentary reprints.

Refunds are generally not issued once production has begun.

Quantity Tolerance

Industry standards allow for a production variance of up to 5% overrun or underrun. Such minor quantity differences are considered acceptable.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided at order confirmation. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control are not the responsibility of The Box Crafters.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Box Crafters’ total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved within the appropriate jurisdiction of our registered business location.
